Booking and payment

Logos Retreats is a trading name of Logos Books Ltd
All bookings for retreats and other products with Logos Retreats must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Logos Books Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Refund policy

Full refunds are offered only if a retreat is cancelled by Logos Books Ltd.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by participants or for non-attendance.

Cancellations by us

If Logos Institute cancels a retreat:

You will receive a full refund of all fees paid
Logos Books Ltd is not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel or accommodation)

Participant responsibility

Participants (or their parents/guardians) are responsible for ensuring that all provided information is accurate.
Participants must comply with all retreat rules and instructions.

Liability

Logos Books Ltd takes reasonable care in delivering its retreats but accepts no liability for loss or damage except where required by law.

Changes to bookings

Logos Books Ltd does not guarantee that changes to bookings can be accommodated once confirmed.
